Job purpose: The estimator / project manager is responsible for compiling estimates on cost to provide a client or potential client. The position involves assessing the material, labor and equipment required and incorporating different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers. As the project manager, the purpose of this position is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on.
