Services/Products

Our picture frames, museum cases, and archival display products display, protect and conserve rare art and artifacts that are sensitive to UV light and/or fluctuations in humidity or temperature. We use unique archival materials and specialized manufacturing techniques to ensure that our products will not harm priceless art objects.

Markets

We serve the art industry – our customers include universities, museums, conservation labs, artists, galleries and picture framers. SmallCorp products are found in world-class art and history institutions, public exhibits and private homes. Customers include the Smithsonian, the National Park Service and the National Archives, and the Museum of Modern Art, among others.

Careers/Job Opportunities

We offer diverse manufacturing opportunities in wood, metal, acrylic, paint, and powder coat, all under one roof. Our processes include everything from CNC machining hundreds of parts to hand-fabricating one prototype. Most of our products integrate multiple materials, departments and disciplines, and this requires clear internal communication and a cooperative environment. We offer opportunities to focus on specific disciplines or to work with multiple materials, processes, and departments. We seek employees who are curious, who like to learn, who want to grow with our company, and who take pride in manufacturing pristine, one-of-a-kind products.

Company Benefits

We offer higher-than-average starting pay, very low health insurance contribution, annual 401(k) match, and we share our profits through an annual bonus. We also offer an education reimbursement program.

Community Engagement

SmallCorp matches every dollar our employees donate to the annual United Way drive. We also donate to organizations, such as Greening Greenfield, Greenfield Education Foundation, Franklin County CDC, Food Justice Bike Ride, Greenfield Community College, and our local public schools.
