Sanderson provides its team with paid time off, paid holidays, group health, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, medical and dependent-care flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts and voluntary benefit options. In addition to these benefits, we provide custom safety glasses and hearing protection, hold company outings (e.g., Stafford Motor Speedway, Bright Nights, zip lining) and provide surprise lunches, BBQs, and snacks. Last year we implemented our new Sanderson MacLeod Training Program that provides new team members in-depth information about the company. It also explains the various departments and responsibilities, so that team members can be more confident in performing their job duties. When outside training is needed, we work with employees on finding the best course.
