Reliance Engineering is a unique Custom Molder of Thermoplastic and Thermoset plastic materials. Reliance focuses on demanding applications that require high temperature plastic materials, very close tolerance molding capability, as well as Insert Molding and Over Molding capabilities. LSR Engineering is a specialized Custom Molder of Liquid Silicone Rubber, focused on demanding applications for the Medical and Aerospace markets. Insert Molding and Over Molding represents Core Capabilities at LSR. LSR Engineering also uses the Compression and Transfer molding process to mold Liquid Silicone Rubber.
Values Added Services are the Capstone of our combined capabilities. We provide Clean Room Product Assembly utilizing Ultrasonic Welding, Laser Etching, Heat Stake Insertion, Pad Printing and Product.

Our focus is on critical end-user applications that demand the highest level of quality and performance. These applications are best described as an integration of High Reliability Components that must function for the application to be a success. Examples are: Wearable Electronics, Lab Components for Medical Applications, Assemblies for Drug and Vaccine Discovery, Power Modules for Aircraft and Aerospace Applications or High Strength Structural Composites for the most extreme physical and environmental applications.
We have a very diversified customer base. Our customers are national and international in scope. We have experienced strong growth in the Medical sector and we continue to serve numerous Military/Aerospace and Defense contractors. All of these customers demand the highest level of quality and documentation in our manufacturing plants. We also serve High-Reliability electronics and industrial markets.
We have many technology-driven occupations and have found it necessary to train from within. We have filled positions for quality technicians, quality engineers, mold makers and machinists, mold design engineers, program management, mechanical engineers/plastics engineers, machine operators, maintenance mechanics and many other jobs. We have been successful in recruiting from local universities and vocational technical schools. We also recruit by word of mouth and through the excellent wage and benefits package we offer.
