Company Benefits

AIS offers health and dental insurance, 401K, paid vacation, an employee bonus program, disability and life insurance, flexible spending plans and more. Almost 90% of our factory workers attend the internal AIS University. We have dedicated managers with trainers on the floor and in the classroom. Additionally, there is outside training for managers and supervisors. AIS has used the Workforce Training Grant twice already and is going for a third round so that we can set up formal training for our Customer Care departments.

Community Engagement

AIS has been involved in community outreach since our inception with a farther reach in recent years. Our very own “Boost Program” was formed by employees with the intent of boosting morale and helping our community. Make-A-Wish Foundation, the United Way of North Central MA, and the American Red Cross are just some organizations that AIS regularly supports.

Environmental Awareness

Our team works to create the leanest, most earth-friendly products and processes possible. We make our greatest environmental impact during the concept stage when selecting materials and construction methods. As a result, our products all contain at least 40% recycled materials and are manufactured in a facility where 50% of the power used returns to the grid through rooftop solar panels.
